Dr. Jeffrey Tack

Dr. Jeff graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1991 and joined his father, Dr. Terry, in practice in the fall of that year. He is a member of the Optometric Physicians of Washington and the American Optometric Association. In 2001, he was the recipient of the Washington Young Optometrist of the Year award. He and his wife have three children.

Dr. Irina Rutkowski

Dr. Rutkowski received her Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University of Chicago and pursued her Doctorate at the Indiana University School of Optometry, graduating in 2015. She focuses on providing high-quality, personalized eye care while treating every patient like family. Dr. Rutkowski is board-certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. She specializes in primary eye care, including prescribing glasses and contacts and diagnosing and managing eye diseases and disorders. Dr. Rutkowski is fluent in Russian and is an active member of the American Optometric Association and Optometric Physicians of Washington. She joined Longview Eye & Vision in May 2021.

In her personal time, Dr. Rutkowski enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two young sons.

Dr. Elijah Bannister

Dr. Bannister is from Kalama, WA, where he now lives with his wife and two daughters. He graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2022 and joined Longview Eye & Vision in August 2022. Dr. Bannister enjoys interacting with a vast demographic of patients while helping everyone receive the optometric care needed. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. Dr. Bannister enjoys camping, hiking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family during his free time.
